Urban Decay Naked Cherry Collection

The Urban Decay Naked line has grown yet again. The Naked Cherry collection dropped earlier this week. This beautiful cherry themed collection includes an eyeshadow palette, three lipsticks, two eyeliners, a cherry scented makeup setting spray, and a highlight and blush palette. Today I will be sharing swatches of the entire Naked Cherry collection for you.
Let’s start with what I’m sure you want to see first the Naked Cherry Eyeshadow Palette. This palette includes 12 all new never before seen shades. You’ll find both matte and metallic shadows with tones ranging from ivory to a deep plum brown. The packaging is similar to the Naked Heat palette, but the Naked Cherry is maroon and has an ombré of cherries on the outside matching the shades of the shadows inside. It’s a beautiful touch. Inside you’ll also find a full-size mirror and a double-ended brush.
SHADE NAMES AND DESCRIPTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
HOT SPOT – ivory matte
CAUTION – soft neutral beige matte
BANG BANG – shimmering pink with gold shift and iridescent micro-sparkle
FEELZ – soft dusty rose matte
JUICY – soft warm peach
TURN ON – pale metallic rose shimmer
AMBITIOUS – metallic rose copper
BING – deep mauve matte
DEVILISH – reddish plum matte
YOUNG LOVE – metallic cranberry
DRUNK DIAL – deep metallic burgundy
PRIVACY – deep brownish-plum matte
The Naked Cherry Highlight & Blush Palette includes a highlighter, blush, and a beautiful iridescent complexion topper. The packaging also has an ombré effect going from deep burgundy to light pink and is covered in cherries. The compartment is stiff cardboard and includes a mirror.
There are no shade names, so I’ll do my best to describe each. The highlighter pulls more gold with a slight pink shift. The blush is very subtle but can be built up. When I look at this shade, I think burnt pink if there is such a thing. The swatch you see above is built up. The swatch at the bottom is the complexion topper and is described as a transparent iridescent pink shimmer. The shift in this is beautiful. Use it alone or as a blush topper to give your cheeks a little extra glow.
In this collection, you’ll also find three limited edition shades of Vice Lipstick. Keeping up with the cherry theme the packaging is stunning. The ombré on the cap starts in the center in light pink and deep burgundy going out to the edges with a single large cherry. You get the same vice formula with gorgeous limited edition packaging.
SHADE NAMES AND DESCRIPTIONS FROM TOP TO BOTTOM:
JUICY – light peachy-pink with copper micro-shimmer
DEVILISH – berry pink with tonal micro-shimmer
CHERRY – deep berry wine
The 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils are one of my favorite formulas. These two shades are all new and will complete any Naked Cherry eye look. Use these to line your waterline, create the perfect winged line, or even all over the lid as a base. These eyeliners live up to their name. They glide on with ease and stay put.
Love Drug is described as a deep wine metallic. I’m in love with this shade. It’s like nothing I have in my collection. I love the metallic formula. It’s not bam in your face but gives your eyes a little something extra. Black Market is described as a black satin. It’s nice to have a black eyeliner in your collection that’s not super black for a more softer look.
Last but certainly not least is the All Nighter Cherry Scented Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray. This setting spray is my all time favorite. I use it almost every time I do my makeup. The cherry scent is very subtle and not overpowering at all. It smells very refreshing. If you’ve never tried the all-nighter setting spray this travel size would be perfect.
What a collection! Stunning from packaging to shades. Urban Decay knocked it out of the park with the Naked Cherry collection. The collection is now available at most beauty retailers.
