Greek Turkey Balls

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 oz frozen spinach
  • 6 halves sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1/4 medium red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen spinach, squeeze out extra moisture and chop

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl

  3. Stir everything until well combined. Don't be scared to use your hands. Tip: Use disposable gloves.

  4. Shape mixture into 2 inch balls

  5. In a non-stick pan heat olive oil over med-high heat

  6. Brown sides of turkey balls

  7. If there are no juices in the pan add a splash of water and bring to a boil

  8. Cover and lower heat to low

  9. Cook until all juices are absorbed

Makes 10-15 turkey balls
