Thaw frozen spinach, squeeze out extra moisture and chop
Add all ingredients to a bowl
Stir everything until well combined. Don't be scared to use your hands. Tip: Use disposable gloves.
Shape mixture into 2 inch balls
In a non-stick pan heat olive oil over med-high heat
Brown sides of turkey balls
If there are no juices in the pan add a splash of water and bring to a boil
Cover and lower heat to low
Cook until all juices are absorbed
