Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

This post contains commissionable links.

Recently my husband and I can’t get enough of these air fryer buffalo cauliflower bites. They’re super easy to make and mouth-watering delicious! The air fryer has quickly become our most used kitchen appliance. If you haven’t invested in one, I highly recommend it. I’ve used it for all different kinds of vegetables, chicken, fish, frozen foods, it makes for much quicker cooking time, and you just set it and forget it about it. Here’s how to make my buffalo cauliflower bites.

What You Need

You only need seven ingredients for this delicious snack. Cauliflower, of course, wing sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, and butter. We’ve loved Sweet Baby Ray’s buffalo wing sauce, but feel free to use your favorite. As with all my recipes, don’t be afraid to play around with it. Don’t like garlic powder leave it off, and vegan friends use vegan butter. Cooking doesn’t have to be so rigid. Use this recipe as a guideline to make it your own or follow it to the last step, whatever floats your boat. I’ve also linked the air fryer we own, oil dispenser and the small mixing bowls that I love.

Step by Step
Cut cauliflower into bite size florets
Toss in olive oil and spices
Arrange in an even layer in air fryer basket
Air fry at 350° for 10 minutes
Toss in melted butter and wing sauce mixture
Air fry at 350° for 8 more minutes
